Too Much Faith in GPS?
We have all heard the stories about people taking too much stock in the turn by turn directions of their in car GPS units. You know, the ones where you follow the directions and end up across town. Or how about the one where it took a couple 2 additional hours to get to their destination because they were too focused on their Garmin, TomTom or other GPS unit to pay attention to the actual road signs.
NBC’s “The Office” did their own take on following the driving directions given by the in car GPS mapping device, verbatim.
